Die Deutschen, les Allemands (the Germans). Chapter #2

Die Deutschen is a documentary essay made in Germany in June 2021. It is a collection of portraits of young Germans of generation Z met in 8 cities: Cologne, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Dresden, Berlin and Hamburg.  I interviewed these young people about their experience of a year and a half of the Covid 19 pandemic, talked about their plans for the future, about politics and about Angela Merkel, who was finishing her term as chancellor after 16 years in power in Germany.

Die Deutschen est un essai documentaire réalisé en Allemagne en juin 2021. Il s’agit d’une collection de portraits de jeunes Allemands de la génération Z rencontrés dans 8 villes : Cologne, Sarrebruck, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Dresde, Berlin et Hambourg.  J’ai interviewé ces jeunes à propos de leur expérience d’un an et demi de pandémie de covid 19, parlé de leurs projets pour le futur, de la politique et d’Angela Merkel, qui terminait son mandat de chancelière après 16 ans au pouvoir en Allemagne.
